On June 27 Kitchener-Waterloo NDP members are meeting to select our candidate for the next federal election.
The nomination meeting will be held on Wednesday June 27, at 7:30pm. It's at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 835 King Street West in Kitchener.
The church is easy to reach no matter where you come from. It's centrally located, close to Kitchener Collegiate Institute; bus riders can get there on the #7; car-drivers will find free parking nearby (limited); and for those who need it there is wheelchair access at the rear of the church.
Look for the KW NDP stand at the Kitchener-Waterloo Multicultural Festival in Victoria Park on Saturday June 23 and Sunday June 24.
The K-W Multicultural Festival started way back in 1967, so this is the fortieth anniversary. There's international food, an International Marketplace, and performers on the main stage. It's always a great way to spend the weekend.
See you there!
